Singapore Delivery Times
Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 business days
Expedited Delivery - 1 to 2 business days
All orders will be delivered between 10am-6pm on weekdays. Please ensure that there will be someone to receive the order within the delivery time frame.
Self-collection can be done from Monday to Friday, from 9am - 6pm at our office located at 10 Tampines North Drive 4, #06-02 JTC Space, Singapore 528553
Orders above $200 receive free Standard delivery.
For orders below $200, there is a delivery charge of between $10 and $30, depending on the delivery option selected.
We do not deliver to our offshore islands (Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Jurong Island, etc.)
Delivery to Sentosa will incur an extra charge of $10 to cover our entrance fees.
Processing times are not included in shipping times. All orders are processed and are ready for self-collect, or dispatched for delivery within 2 business days.
Pre-orders typically ship in 7-12 business days
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Once an order is shipped, we incur irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Returns/Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking code once your order has shipped.
A tracking link will automatically be emailed to the email used to purchase.
We can arrange to ship internationally, provided the delivery destinations are serviced by couriers companies. The shipping rates for international shipments will vary accordingly to destinations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require international shipping. We will check for the shipping rates and send you a separate quotation.
We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. (e.g. customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions etc.) We seek your patience and understanding.
Lost orders or packages
We are not responsible for your order or package once it transfers to the shipping courier, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the shipping courier loses the package.
Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us (email@example.com) to request for any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
