Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you would like to return your Vwalla products, please contact us at hello@vwalla.co and we will organise your return/refund. 

Our policy lasts 30 days upon receiving your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has reached you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit refund.

The customer is required to provide all information as requested to justify that the product is damaged. All other return/exchange/warranty terms apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to reject any return of product if the reason is deemed as unsatisfactory to us.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Pre-order Cancellations
    Due to fabrication and manpower costs, please note that no refunds will be given for Pre-order purchases if voluntarily cancelled.

    Order Cancellation
    All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Once an order is shipped, we incur irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

    • All orders will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
    • Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
